A DATE WITH FREDDIE

  • Herbal and berry aromatics with blackberry, cherry, and blackcurrant notes. Minty character present alongside tart berry flavour.

  • Fredonia & Vidal

    Pét-Nat. Fredonia was macerated for 3 weeks. A little of the Vidal was direct pressed with the rest added in “trempette” maceration/fermentation for 1 month. Fermentation completed in bottle and fully dry.

    Bottled with lees.

    Made with handpicked grapes from Ontario farmers.

    8% alc./vol.

  • Soft notes of lychee, peach, pear, and dried apricots with subtle aromatics of honey and botanicals make this wine balanced and quietly complex.

  • Primarily direct-pressed Frontenac Blanc and Frontenac Gris fruit with the remaining Frontenac Blanc added in "trempette" style for 3 months. Aged on lees in stainless steel for 6 months.

    Bottled with lees.
